SIA 'Media Pharma' (reģ. Nr. 40103249089, adrese: Bērzaunes iela 11a), turpmāk - Online store, provides the content available on the website and provides goods/services in accordance with the Terms of Use outlined below.

1. General provisions

If the consumer purchases goods through the website, then such mutual agreement is considered a distance contract and is subject to the legal norms of the Republic of Latvia, which regulate distance contracts, including, but not limited to, the 'Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights' of the Republic of Latvia, the provisions of the MK 'Rules on Distance Contracts', etc.

2. Making purchases

The prices and specifications of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products.

  • To place an order, add the desired products to the Shopping Cart.
  • Fill in all the required fields and choose the most suitable delivery method.
  • The total cost of the order with delivery is displayed on the screen.
  • Make payment for your purchase to complete your order.

3. Payment terms

The settlement currency on the site is euro (EUR). It is possible to pay for the purchase by choosing the following payment methods provided by the payment platform EveryPay (Tallinn, Tartu mnt 2, Estonia).

Personal data required for making payments is transferred to a licensed payment institution EveryPay.

The contract comes into force upon successful payment to the bank account of the online store. If it is not possible to fulfill the order, the Buyer will be informed and the money will be refunded no later than within 5 days.

4. Terms of delivery

Purchased goods are delivered via parcel partners and/or Omniva Latvia services.

  • All fees and taxes for receiving the shipment are borne by the Buyer.
  • Shipping costs are visible before confirmation.
  • The goods are being prepared for shipment within 1-3 working days.

5. Right of withdrawal

The buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:

  • Purchased nutritional supplements, non-prescription drugs or medical products with specific storage conditions (temperature, humidity, etc.).
  • The package of the product has been opened or the product is damaged.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, the product cannot be returned.
  • The buyer is a legal entity.

Exception: If the product does not match the order (wrong or damaged product).

Deadlines: The buyer returns the product no later than within 10 days after sending the refusal. The online store refunds the money within 5 days after receiving the product.

6. Consumer rights (Guarantee)

The buyer must inform the seller about the non-conformity of the goods immediately, but no later than within 14 days from receipt by writing to: INFO@NERVOSTRONGMEDICA.COM .

The seller provides a written response to the complaint within 15 days.

7. Processing of personal data

The online store processes only the data necessary for the order (name, surname, e-mail, etc.) and transfers them to the transport service provider to ensure delivery.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is resolved in the LR court or the Consumer Rights Protection Center (PTAC).
